At The Manzo, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing our premium leather products. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Products that show signs of wear, alteration, stains, damage, or misuse will not be accepted for return or refund.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Manzo is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side, such as receiving the wrong or defective item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size issues, defective products, or incorrect items, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, altered, or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
